FIRE & SALT a new steak and seafood restaurant at The Johnstown Estate evokes a unique and intimate dining experience on Dublin's doorstep. Created to inspire the senses, the beautifully designed FIRE & SALT restaurant is adorned with the signature Himalayan Rock Salt bar, soft ambient lighting, lounge style seating with private booths, and specially designed Wine Cellar.
Handpicked by our master butcher, our native Irish Bred Beef is dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. Chargrilled in a custom made grill oven, set at an intense 350 C our beef is cooked to perfection. Our unique cooking style seals in the flavours and juices of the meat creating a unique crisp caramelised coating.
