At Fire & salt, we love our food. And we love it simple local and fresh:

Perfectly aged steaks; premium meat, stress-free poultry and fish from the bays and waters of Ireland. Then we add a little fire and salt: A touch of freshly ground Himalayan rock salt and custom-made charcoal grill oven to give our steaks a distinct flavour and succulence.
