Stayed here a few weeks ago and it was just fantastic. We used one of their girlie packages which included dinner and spa. Everything was great with no hassle and the spa was just fantastic. Will definitely be back.

I recently stayed in Johnstown Estate, everything was fab from checking in to pool, outdoor hot tub to dinner & breakfast, in particular, our waiter Aaron who was so friendly & helpful. Great to see a service with a smile, will definitely be back.

This hotel sits in a stunning setting, with the right amount of opulence, that also feels like a home from home. We were a party of 10 visiting for a one night stay to include Wedding Anniversary celebrations and from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. This excellent hotel goes the extra mile to make your stay special. The food is of consistently high quality, the rooms are large, clean & comfortable and all amenities are top-notch. We had a family dinner in the stunning Burgundy Room at their Fire & Salt restaurant - 5-star service from everyone that waited on us, just the right amount of care & attention to our requests, fast & efficient. The bar & lobby areas are warm, open spaces to retire to, with a residents facility that lasted well into the night [genuinely thank you SO much again to the fantastic bar staff who looked after us!] I would recommend this brilliant establishment to anyone who wants to celebrate, relax and be looked after. It really is a gem.

I've just returned from a 2 night 'Winter Warmer' break at Johnstown Estate and words cannot describe how impressed I was with all aspects of this hotel. The value for money was truly exceptional and the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, with a comfy king size bed and a fabulous bathroom fitted with both a shower and bath. The food in the Coach House Bar was delicious and always served with a smile. The staff were so kind, pleasant and hospitable and nothing we asked for was a problem for them. The breakfast was equally as impressive as the buffet was full of everything you could want and more. The waitresses here were also very pleasant and hospitable, as were the housekeeping staff who greet you with a smile in the corridor. We enjoyed complimentary access to the leisure suite which has a fabulous outdoor hot tub, a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a large pool. The staff in the leisure centre were very welcoming too and could 't do enough for you. My only regret leaving Johnstown is that I did not try out the Elemis Spa but I hope to go there in future as I will certainly be returning to this hotel. Thanks to all staff for a most enjoyable stay!
