Every Friday night, ‘Fire & Salt’ brings you a fabulous evening of dinner and live Jazz music. Guests are treated to the freshest locally-sourced, seasonal ingredients, featuring the finest cuts of Irish beef cooked to perfection in a charcoal oven.  All the ingredients are handpicked and prepared by Head Chef Declan Cronin and his team, who have just been awarded with an AA Rosette in recognition of their Culinary Excellence. Fire & Salt is the perfect backdrop to the smooth sounds of Jazz, it emanates warmth and elegance, with crescent-shaped booths softly illuminated by art deco style lighting and a shimmering glow from the Himalayan Rock Salt used to build the dining room’s bar. Sit back, relax and toe tap to the live music while enjoying your sumptuous dinner. What better way to unwind on a Friday night.

Evening dinner is served from 6.30 p.m. – 9.30 p.m. with Jazz commencing after 8.00 p.m.
